Seldinger technique drain placement under CT/US. Duration: 20-40 minutes.
Risks
Organ injury, superinfection, drain obstruction/displacement.
Recovery
Drain remains days to weeks. Regular monitoring.
Practical information
Local anesthesia. Outpatient procedure (return home the same day).
