Syndrome du canal carpien modéré, en complément ou alternative à la chirurgie.
Déroulement
Sous guidage échographique, injection précise dans le canal carpien en évitant le nerf médian. Durée : 5-10 minutes.
Risques
Lésion du nerf médian (minimisée par le guidage), infection, rupture tendineuse.
Suites
Effet en quelques jours. Peut retarder ou éviter la chirurgie.
Modalités pratiques
L'intervention est réalisée sous anesthésie locale, en ambulatoire (retour à domicile le jour même).
