What does this intervention involve?
Background
Morton's neuroma (painful nerve thickening between toes) resistant to conservative treatment and injections.
Procedure
US-guided cryoablation needle, 1-2 freeze cycles. Duration: 20-30 minutes.
Risks
Expected numbness, pain recurrence, hematoma.
Recovery
Immediate walking. Clinical follow-up at 1-3 months.
Practical information
Local anesthesia. Outpatient procedure (return home the same day).
