What does this intervention involve?
Background
Benign ureteral stenosis (post-surgical, post-radiation).
Procedure
Balloon inflated via nephrostomy tract. Duration: 30-45 minutes.
Risks
Ureteral perforation, stenosis recurrence.
Recovery
JJ stent maintained. Control at 3-6 months.
Practical information
Local anesthesia. Outpatient procedure (return home the same day).
