Dupuytren disease, trigger finger.
Procedure
Under local anesthesia, needle/instrument sections pathological structure under US guidance. Duration: 15-20 minutes.
Risks
Nerve/vessel injury, unintended tendon rupture, recurrence.
Recovery
Progressive rehabilitation.
Practical information
Local anesthesia. Outpatient procedure (return home the same day).
